1. Service Description

www.vccreport.com provides vehicle history reports based on vehicle registration numbers. Available products include:

• Free report
• Standard report (£8.99)
• Premium report (£14.99)
• Bundle of 3 Premium reports (£24.99)
• Bundle of 5 Premium reports (£34.99)

Reports are generated using data obtained from third-party sources.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. We reserve the right to refuse transactions, cancel orders, or suspend access in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

4. Digital Content and Waiver of Cancellation Rights

Vehicle reports are digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing a report, you expressly agree that:

• the service begins immediately upon purchase
• you lose your statutory right to cancel once the report has been accessed or delivered

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once a report has been generated, a report has been accessed, or a bundle code has been issued. This applies regardless of user satisfaction with the report content.

6. Bundle Codes and Expiry

Where bundle products are purchased, codes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Unused codes expire after this period and cannot be extended, replaced, or refunded.

7. Nature of the Service

The Website provides data reports only. We do not inspect vehicles, verify physical condition, guarantee ownership history, or provide mechanical assessments. Reports should not be treated as a substitute for professional inspection.

8. Third-Party Data Disclaimer

All report data is obtained from third-party sources. Adverglow Ltd does not create the underlying data, does not control how data is collected, and does not independently verify all data. Data may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or subject to delays in updates.

9. No Warranty

All reports and content are provided "as is" and "as available". Adverglow Ltd makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

10. No Reliance

Users must not rely solely on reports when making decisions including purchasing a vehicle, assessing value, determining condition, or making financial decisions. Users must independently verify all information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adverglow Ltd shall not be liable for inaccuracies in report data, decisions made based on reports, financial loss, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user for the relevant report.

12. User Responsibilities

Users agree to enter accurate vehicle registration details, use the Website lawfully, and not misuse the service. Users are responsible for verifying report results.

13. Prohibited Use

Users must not use automated systems (bots, scraping tools), attempt to extract data at scale, misuse the Website for unlawful purposes, or interfere with Website functionality.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, data formatting, and design are owned by or licensed to Adverglow Ltd. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any report or data without permission.

15. Fraud and Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, cancel transactions, and report fraudulent activity where misuse is suspected.

16. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Website may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party failures.

17. Changes to the Service

We may modify services, change pricing, or update features at any time without notice.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance.

19. Governing Law
